Camping without a portable propane gas 2: Mr. Hubby's birth day

September 20th, Mr. Hubby's big day.
Taking a day off from work, packed up and took off for a camping, to celebrate his b-day in wild nature.
Freshly made tortia and over night marinated carne asada sizzled on the fire.
Carrot cake and cream cheese frosting was the special birthday cake for him.
All prepared the night before for this special day.
It was all delicious and perfect.

At Shady Cope Campground, east of Salem, OR

It was warm and sunny and perfect day.

Christopher Worth

This is the musician I saw on Last Thursday and liked him a lot.
And I even took a photo of him!
I didn't know his name or band's name.
The only clue was this sticker on his guitar case or something, it said "Worth".
I searched for him and found him, and there was this video.  (Don't mid the lady with hoop....)

He is really good!  I would like to go to see him at shows!

A Saturday Brunch in the back yard

Asparagus Soup,
Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich,
Mango Peach Mimosa,
Sun Shine,
and
Some Breeze.

A tree

My favorite tree.
Standing in front of my house.
Growing bigger and bigger every year.
Branches are stretched out with full of leaves.
Does not mind people walking on the sidewalk.
No, actually,
if you try to walk on the sidewalk, you will see that the branches have created an arch over it.
So people can go through without hitting their faces with the branches.
The tree knows.
It has a mind.

A plant

What kind of plant is this?
Found in the little garden on the front porch.
Mr. Hubby and I thought it was basil, and we got all excited.
Then realized that it was not basil.
A weed.
